Meet René Meldem

René spent three decades as global CHRO and project director for industrial, tech and humanitarian organisations. He led transformations at Bobst, Cavotec and Medair, integrating teams across 50+ countries. An EPFL-trained engineer with an MBA from HEC Lausanne, René pairs analytical rigour with a strong human compass.
